Egidius Kamugisha

Egidius works as a Field Supervisor at DUCS, overseeing all data collection activities for both demographic and nested studies conducted within the DUCS platform in his assigned streets. His role is critical in ensuring that data collection adheres to required procedures, including ethical standards, while also maintaining strong relationships with study participants. Egidius has consistently supported technical aspects of the newly implemented data collection system, serving as a key resource for field workers and other staff across the platform. He holds a diploma in Air Flight Management and has been actively involved in various nested studies within the platform, including HIV drug resistance, COVID-19, the Demographic Dividend, and the Statistical Value of Life, among others.
