Ally works as a Field Manager at DUCS, overseeing all activities in both demographic and nested studies conducted within the organization. His work plays a vital role in sustaining and maintaining the platform population. He possesses extensive knowledge and experience in demographic studies, gained from his involvement in the former Rufiji Demographic Surveillance System in Ikwiriri, Rufiji, and the Mother-Offspring Malaria Study in Morogoro Regional Hospital and Kilosa District Hospital. Ally holds a Bachelor of Arts with Education (BAED) in Linguistics and Kiswahili from the Muslim University of Morogoro (MUM), awarded in 2015. He also successfully completed a one-year course in May 2025 on Sexuality Education, HIV & AIDS, STIs, Gender-Based Violence Prevention, Relationships, and Resource Management, offered by the University of Dar es Salaam in collaboration with the UNESCO Dar es Salaam office. Ally has actively participated in and contributed to several research projects related to HIV, COVID-19, Nutrition, mental health and value of life. Ally has involved in more than 10 publications.
